It is directly on the Carribbean Sea near the Ritz Carleton hotel and is across the street from the Kukulacan Plaza, which is big shopping mall in Cancun.
Villas Marlin has three pools, grocery, & tennis.
It is also a gated complex with 24/7 security.

I couldn't resist showing you the magic waters of Cancun again which are both turquoise and transparent just out back of Villas Marlin. You will be on Cancun's nicest beach, let me tell you.

I found the condo we rented at the villas marlin through mexicosteve.com. This was my first time booking like this and not staying at an all inclusive. It was everything I thought it would be. The accomodations are not 5 star but the unit was clean, comfortable and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The location was amazing.
