Tenacatita is the most beautiful bay on Costa Alegre (happy coast). It extends for 10 miles long, it includes three beaches which are Boca de Iguanas, Tenacatita y La Manzanilla.
The sand is fine yellow colored , the ocean turquoise, and waves, the beach, two miles long, intact even with tourist developement; the waters have a great variety of sea life: octupus, lobsters, crabs, shell fish and clams, so bring bait. Flamingos fly over the ocean.
