The world has become well-acquainted with Cancun as a vacation hotspot over the past several decades, propelling this tropical destination on Mexico’s Caribbean Coast into the spotlight for its fabulous amenities, gorgeous white sand beaches and wide variety of outdoor activities. In addition, Cancun is located close to some of the most impressive ancient Mayan ruins in existence, giving it a traditional cultural flair that simply can’t be matched.

Playa del Carmen lodgings for all tastes and budgets for you here. From beachfront hotels to luxury adult-only all-inclusive resorts.

Morelia the capital of Michoacan has buildings dating bavk to the 17th century. The organ in the church has 14,962 tubes. When I told Rosita she said no manches. See the old carmelita convent.

In Mexico City the historical center has numerous colonial structures.
The most impressive is the Museo Nacional de Anthroplogia. In the museum admire the Aztec calendar; a statue to the Aztec god Coatlicue.
The Palacio de Bellas Artes is a neoclasic inspiration. Maybe if you're lucky you can see the MascaBrothers. Chapultapec park is a MUST visit! See the castle there.

Guadalajara is Mexico's second largest city, and in many respects can be considered the BIG Mexican destination.
This is not just the birthplace of mariachi music and of tequila, but also one of the country’s industrial and business centers, sometimes referred to as Mexico's Silicon Valley or sarape valley.
Unlike many colonial cities that maintain their original town plan, in the 1950s Guadalajara underwent a major project that changed the look of the city.
Older buildings were razed to allow for wide avenues with new constructions, underground parking lots and shopping malls.
Fortunately, the most beautiful older buildings were left intact.
But not many.
A stroll through Guadalajara will give you an appreciation for the green spaces and public art in the city’s many parks and plazas.
And lovely new underground parking spots.

In lovely Guanajuato the past and present come together. History was made here my dear.
Small winding streets with balconies will charm all. Nice summer, spring, winter and fall.
