each bedroom has one queen sized bed and the town has grocery stores and even a Pizza Parlor; Lancheria Akumalito restaurant; The Hemingway also nearby; 5 dive shops and more the condo is located on Half Moon Bay and the condo is called Sirena. Grab your snorkeling gear, a towel, beer, and head down the road to the lagoon. An easy walk from the condo, a minimal entry fee is charged to use this protected lagoon. By paying the fee you will be helping protect the unspoiled beauty of Yal-ku and help support the fat guy at the entrance booth. Please refrain from wearing sunscreen in the lagoon, as it upsets the natural ecosystem by greasing up the water. A large dry cave called Aktun Chen located 3 km south of Akumal has an excellent underground view of the cave system without having to get wet.
